Hydraulic Assemblies: Extreme pressure braided line & hose assemblies are reinforced with KevlarTM over PTFE Teflon® tubing. Using state of the art manufacturing equipment, any type of hydraulic or brake line assembly can be custom made to your specifications. In house PLC pressure testing equipment to 3,000 PSI insures 100% compliance.

Magnum Shielding is an OEM manufacturer of DOT brake line products and hydraulic hose assemblies with the ability to produce color coded lines that can stand extreme pressures. Computer aided design and model capability using CAD/CAM allows us to model assemblies and make changes quickly per your requirements. We can prototype from prints or reverse engineer from existing models to produce drawings. Applications include automotive, motorcycle, industrial, medical & aviation.
